4. Membership & Subscription Billing

  • Membership plans (Associate, Member, Partner, or any future tier) are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

  • Free trials (such as a 7-day trial) convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • You may cancel anytime by contacting support.

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Event & Boot Camp Terms

Registration for events or the annual Boot Camp may have separate terms. Cancellations and refunds follow the policies listed within the event registration page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, training materials, and resources provided by Wise Counsel University are owned by Wise Counsel University and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Wise Counsel University reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Wise Counsel University provides leadership training, mentorship, and business education.
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or spiritual outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort and decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wise Counsel University is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Inability to access the platform
